# Privacy Policy

**Effective November 3, 2026**

## 1. Overview

Aspire Anesthesia is a d/b/a of Aspire Dental General Anesthesia PLLC, a New York professional service limited liability company. In this policy, “Aspire,” “we” and “us” mean Aspire Dental General Anesthesia PLLC.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Aspire Anesthesia website (aspireanesthesia.com) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the ways you can contact us through it.

This policy does not cover patient health information created during your care. That information is protected under federal and state health privacy laws and is described in Aspire’s Notice of Privacy Practices, which you can request from Aspire as part of your care.

## 2. Information we collect

### Information you choose to send us

- **Practice inquiry form.** Practice name, city, state, contact name, work email, phone number and preferred dates.

- **Careers form.** Name, email, credential, board status, states licensed, availability, your introduction and any CV you attach.

- **Ask Aspire text messages.** Your first and last name, mobile phone number and the message you write.

Please do not include patient names, health information or records in website forms or text messages.

### The patient request form

The patient request form does not send or store anything. What you type stays in your own browser until you print it, save it as a PDF or close the page. Aspire receives it only if you or your dental office share the printed form with us.

### Information collected automatically

- **Technical information.** Like any website, our host automatically receives basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the website and keep it secure.

- **No analytics or advertising tracking.** This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking tools, and Aspire’s own pages do not set cookies.

- **Accessibility settings.** If you change settings in the Accessibility Adjustments panel, your choices are saved only in your own browser so they stay in place as you move between pages. They are never sent to Aspire.

- **Text messaging service.** The Ask Aspire button and text form load from Weave, our office communications provider, and Weave uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect the form from spam. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type, and may set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies.

## 3. How we use your information

We use the information you send us only to:

- reply to your inquiry, call or text message;

- discuss and coordinate anesthesia services with your dental practice;

- consider your interest in working with Aspire;

- keep the website working, secure and free of spam; and

- meet our legal and professional obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

## 4. Text messaging (SMS)

- **Consent.** When you send us a message through Ask Aspire and tick the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Aspire Anesthesia about your request. Consent is not a condition of receiving care or services.

- **What we send.** Replies to your questions and messages about coordinating care or appointments. We do not send marketing texts through this service.

- **Frequency.** Message frequency varies with your conversation with our office.

- **Cost.** Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

- **Opt out or get help.** Reply **STOP** at any time to stop text messages, or reply **HELP** for help. You can also call (646) 770-3883.

- **No sharing.** We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

- **Carriers.** Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

## 5. Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website. Every page has an **Accessibility Adjustments** panel for text size, contrast, spacing, motion and more. If anything on the website is hard to use, call (646) 770-3883 and we will help you get the information another way. Read our Accessibility statement.

## 6. How information is shared

We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and our office, and only as needed for that work:

- **Netlify**, which hosts this website and delivers form messages to our office;

- **Weave**, which provides the Ask Aspire text messaging service, and Google reCAPTCHA, which Weave uses to block spam;

- **our email provider**, which receives the form messages sent to our office.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights, property or safety of our patients, our team or others, or as part of a change in ownership of the practice. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

## 7. Data security

This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. No method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive health information through the website or by text.

## 8. How long we keep information

We keep form and text messages only as long as we need them to respond to you, for our ordinary business records, and as required by law, and then delete them.

## 9. Children

The website forms and text messaging are meant for dental practices and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has sent us information, call us and we will delete it. Parents and guardians may use the patient request form on behalf of a child.

## 10. Your rights and choices

- You can ask to see, correct or delete information you sent us through this website.

- You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

- You can reset the Accessibility Adjustments panel, or clear your browser’s site data, to remove your saved settings.

To make a request, call (646) 770-3883. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
