About Aspire
Built for dentistry.
Focused on anesthesia.
Aspire brings dedicated anesthesia care into the dental operatory, with careful case selection, clear responsibilities, and a clinician your practice knows.
Why Aspire
Distinct roles.
One coordinated treatment day.
You keep the patient, the chair time and the relationship.
Your team provides the dentistry. Aspire manages anesthesia care. Bringing those responsibilities together starts before the patient arrives, with a review of the case, the office, and the plan for the day.
Different roles. Shared preparation. Clear communication throughout care.

A dental perspective.
A dedicated focus on anesthesia.
Dr. Giesberg founded Aspire Anesthesia around a simple principle: the dental team should be able to focus fully on the dentistry while a dedicated dentist anesthesiologist focuses fully on the patient’s anesthesia care.
Her background in dentistry informs her approach to the shared airway, the planned procedure, and the coordination each case requires. That perspective connects anesthesia planning with the realities of the dental operatory.
At Aspire, that means knowing the case, communicating with the practice, and preparing for the patient as an individual.

Coordinated care.
A named clinician
Know who will provide anesthesia care. Confirm the assigned dentist anesthesiologist and the plan before the treatment day.
A considered case
The patient, planned treatment, and office setting are reviewed together. Suitability is assessed individually.
A clear handoff
Preparation, monitoring, recovery, and communication have defined roles, alongside the dental team’s treatment responsibilities.

The Aspire team
Anesthesia care
depends on coordination.
A coordinated treatment day involves more than the time spent in the operatory. Equipment preparation, scheduling, clinical support, and practice communication all have a role.
Aspire works with your dental team to bring those responsibilities together, with clear points of contact and a shared understanding of the day ahead.

From a dental colleague
“She creates a sense of trust and reassurance that is difficult to teach and essential in anesthesia practice.”
